Osprey Parent-Teacher Association Records
The records predominantly consist of receipts for purchases made by the PTA for their programs and projects. There are PTA bylaws, meeting minutes, banking records and yearbooks for 1970-1971 and 1972-1973. This collection provides insight into the activities of the Osprey School PTA from 1969 through 1973.
Out-of-Door School Records
The collection contains letters, year books, newspaper clippings, postcards, brochures, illustrations, calendars, event programs, and correspondence relating to the school's operations. Much of the correspondence was written to or by Phyllis Colville (a teacher at the school) between 1932 and 1934.

Palms Hotel Collection
Guest registers, licensure paperwork, guest notices, and guest room ephemera from the Palm Hotel (27 South Palm Avenue, Sarasota), which operated from the 1930s to the 1960s. It was originally called the DeMarcay Hotel.

Pat Kelly Circus Papers
Twenty photographs capturing scenes related to the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus and the Ringlings, a route book and three Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey lithograph prints.
Paul and Edna Boomhower Papers
"Disbound guestbook for the ""Blue Lantern,"" a floating night club that would leave from shore and go out beyond the six-mile limit for parties during Prohibition when such parties (involving the sale and consumption of alcohol) were illegal. Most of the guest lists contained in the book date from 1926 and 1927, although some pages are dated as late as 1937. Signers often left messages, slogans, or even drawings to accompany their names and home towns."
Paul C. Boorse Photographic Collection
Excellent photo album covering virtually the entire 20th century in the life of Paul Boorse and perhaps one or more of his children or maybe siblings. Photos from Europe during World War I. Boorse did not live in Sarasota long, but he was here when he died.
