Ca' d'Zan Historical Marker Refurbishment Project Files, 2005-2010

Records, ephemera, and photographs relating to the refurbishment, relocation, and rededication of the historical marker for Ca' d'Zan at the Ringling Museum in Sarasota. The marker was originally erected by the Daughters of the American Colonists, but the Sarasota County Division of Historical Resources assisted with the logistics of refurbishing, relocating, and rededicating the marker.

Chidsey Library Collection

The collection consists of photographs and other scrapbook materials relating to the construction of the Chidsey Library in Sarasota. The building was designed by Sarasota School architect Frank Martin and constructed by Jerry Wesley Harvey, Sr. The Junior Chamber of Commerce was essential to the project to build the new library.
