Hand-drawn map of the City of Sarasota drafted by Commissioner of Public Works Leon Worcester Pickett in May 1923. The map includes lot and block boundaries and identifiers, as well as lines showing the designation of a north-south line on the east side of town as Washington Avenue. Sections depicted: 19-36S-18E, 20-36S-18E, 29-36S-17E, 30-36S-18E, 13-36S-17E, 24-36S-17E.

Sales plat published by the Arvida Realty Company advertising the availability of lots on newly-developed Bird Key in Sarasota Bay. The plat shows the dimensions of the lots, the Bird Key Yacht Club, the locations of waterways within the development, and the road system with connections to the John Ringling Causeway. The reverse side of the plat contains advertising material relating to Bird Key designed to look like an edition of the Sarasota Herald-Tribune.
