Scope and Contents
Records documenting the career of Sarasota accountant Joseph J. Mercurio, including correspondence to and from organizations and projects with which he was affiliated, such as the Sarasota Bank and Trust, the Library Fund, the First Step Rehabilitation Program, the Chamber of Commerce, and Riviera Towers. The collection also includes promotional materials, financial and business records, and correspondence associated with the Cuddle Seat. The materials date from between 1952 and 1981.
