Scope and Contents
The collection is incomplete. There are football game programs for 1946, 1948, 1949, 1954, and 1957 and basketball game programs for 1943 and 1958. Student handbooks date from 1939, 1956-1957, 1957- 1958, and 1964-1965. Student directories include those for 1949-1950, 1957-1958, 1958 - 1959, and 1960 - 1961. There is a Senior Cotillion Guide, a 1965 Sailor’s Log and an edition of The Mariner. Sarasota High School commencement programs date 1927, 1952,1953, 1958, 1967, and 2001. Additional programs include those for 1957, 1958 and 1974 junior-senior proms, 1958 school play, Junior Coronation Ball and the Community House Youth program. Additional materials include: a ticket book for the1957 football season; a copy of the 1957 Scholarship Qualifying Test, published by the College Entrance Examination Board; a University of Florida football program for the Miss. State vs. Florida game, 1954.10.30; and a 1966-1967 Buzz Book.

This collection is stored offsite in a remote storage facility. Materials from the collection can be brought to the Sarasota County History Center for viewing upon request.
