Scope and Contents
The collection consists of brochures, pamphlets, guides, handbooks, and writings produced by United States county and federal agencies on safety and survival measures for an atomic attack. Correspondence is limited to a memoranda to all Bradenton Kiwanians from the Public and Business Affairs Committee addressing the Nelson Rockefeller Report and a 1961 notice from the Sarasota Civil Defense explaining, why take cover in Sarasota.
