Scope and Contents
Photographs and family records of the Browning family, one of the Scottish families who arrived in Sarasota in 1885 as part of the Ormiston Colony. The collection includes many photographs of the Brownings and their activities in and around Sarasota, as well as drafts and records relating to Alex Browning's memoirs and historical writings.
