Scope and Contents
Copy of a plat of the town of Englewood drawn by Elisha Brewster Camp around 1896. The plat depicts the lots and blocks of the subdivision, as well as the original street grid, including the names of the streets (Dearborn, Wentworth, Perry, Harvard, Stewart, etc.). The plat also shows a small segment of Manasota Key, called by its former name (Palm Ridge). Sections depicted: 23-40S-19E, 24-40S-19E, 25-40S-19E, 26-40S-19E, and 36-40S-19E.
